Your (501c3) non-profit may be eligible for up to $10,000 USD per month of in-kind AdWords advertising with Google's  Ad Grants program.  This in-kind advertising can be used to increase your membership, recruit volunteers, and more.   Ad Grants is a very powerful FREE tool that when used and managed properly can provide tremendous impact for the growth and future of your non-profit organization.

 

Your non-profit must hold a valid charity status (501c3) designation, acknowledge and agree to Google’s required certifications regarding nondiscrimination and donation receipt and use, and have a live website with substantial content.  There are additional specific limitations regarding the type of non-profit organization that can qualify, so please contact us for further information.

Your AdWords campaign must meet Google's Ad Grants program restrictions regarding keywords, ad quality index, and other very specific AdWords management limitations.  Campaigns that do not maintain required Ad Grants on-going criteria for 2 consecutive months will be suspended.

HOW TO GET STARTED

Simply fill out the application below to get the process started.  We will contact you to confirm the details of your application before it is submitted to Google, and then you can expect an answer within 10-14 days.  If you application is approved, we will be happy to do the rest.  We will set up appropriate AdWord accounts for you, and manage your monthly in-kind Google Ad Grants campaign.  We will then provide you with monthly reporting directly from Google outlining the success of your in-kind campaign.  It's literally that simple. 

 

YOU HAVE 3 OPTIONS

DO IT ALL YOURSELF

This option is clearly the most time-intensive for you, meaning that you will be responsible for every aspect of applying for the Ad Grant, setting up your Google AdWords account, creating ads, revising ad copy and regularly maintaining and optimizing your ads to meet Google's minimum requirements for ad performance.  Keep in mind, that in choosing this path, if you do not stay current with Google's expectations, your account could be suspended and you could lose your valuable Ad Grant. 

LET US MANAGE THE ENTIRE PROCESS - $1,500 per month

The monthly management fee associated with processing your application, setting up your accounts, creating ad copy, monitoring Google ad quality index & other requirements of the program is only $1,500 per month.  We'll then manage your Ad Grant campaign and maximize efficiency, performance & Google compliance to keep your grant active.  This nominal fee to completely manage your valuable Ad Grant campaign will not only ensure that you get maximum rewards from the Ad Grant program, but that you get maximum peace of mind from not having to manage the entire process yourself.  

 

WE SET IT UP, YOU MANAGE IT - $2,000 ONE TIME FEE

If you prefer to simply have us complete your Google Ad Grant application process including setting up appropriate accounts,  without managing your monthly campaign, there is a one-time management fee of $2,000.  This package includes basic compliance guidance from our team and a one-time consultation to ensure you understand the Google's program details to prevent account suspension from non-compliance.   If you choose this option and then later decide to have us handle your monthly campaign maintenance, we will issue a credit to your account in the amount of your initial management fee toward your monthly management fee.  Essentially, there is no incentive for choosing one option over the other. We want you to be happy and to be able to take full advantage of this in-kind grant so your nonprofit will immediately begin to benefit from Google's generous program.

FAQs

ARE THERE ANY OTHER HIDDEN COSTS TO THIS PROGRAM?

No. the Google Ad Grant  program is truly an in-kind GIFT from Google.  Fee based management and consultation offered above are not required.  You could literally manage the entire process yourself, along with the monthly AdWords campaign. In doing so, however, keep in mind that if your account is not in compliance for 2 months in a row, Google will suspend your Ad Grant and you could risk losing your Ad Grant.  Having experts like us handle your account will ensure maximum performance  from this in-kind gift and minimize stress for your organization
